Foundation Classes

Suitable for beginners and all those wishing to reconnect with the fundamentals of their practice.

You will be introduced to Yoga philosophy and invited to explore some key postures (asanas) with mindfulness and tranquillity. We will look at alignment and its importance in the safe and positive mind/body experience. You will be introduced and guided through simple breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation practices. The fruits of Yoga practice are often experienced in the restorative phase of the session and you will be offered a supportive environment in which you will emerge both energised and nourished.

Pure and natural Dōterra essential oils will be woven into the theme of each class and offered to students for further exploration and enjoyment. Samples will be given out at the end of each term to students who have purchased course packs.

Normal drop in price = £12.00.

Drop ins are always welcome subject to space. Please contact me beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Book a 6 class pack for £60.00 or 12 class pack for £115.00 and you will receive one free future "make up” session should you need to miss a class.

MENTORING FOR ACTORS

1-2-1 or small groups (Also available for Italian speakers needing English assistance)

For actors / speakers, in preparation for auditions, or public speaking. We will primarily focus on breath awareness and how to harness this as we work through the lines. Yoga is a great accompaniment to assist in full body relaxation and will very likely assist in a freer vocal delivery. We will use techniques that you will also feel confident enough to practice at home.
